its great in the fact that it does hips as well as butt and both are removable. cuz my wife already has a butt, and only needed hip assistance. but it isnt the right size foam and its too thin, not good. BUT if you go to Michaels crafts, or Jo-Annes fabrics... then you can buy yer own foam, cut it the size you need and insert it. works waaaaay better that way.

Awesome prduct, has giving me confidence by enhancing my figure. Really great customer service! At first I was sent pads that were a little flat looking, and after e-mailing about my situation I was quickly sent a new pair of pads a pre paid return package/label to exchange the flat pads. Cant say enough good things.
