First of all it's surprisingly comfortable. I've never worn a thong before so I don't know if they all are, but this one is. The ring and fabric attached to the ring holds everything in place so nothing moved out of place and it stays at the same comfort level all day.
Secondly, it looks good. The ring keeps the member slightly elevated so it looks bigger than it does in normal underwear.
one last thing if you've already bought it, its a little tricky to figure out the first time. Your member goes under and through the ring instead of over and through.

First of all this is not a cock ring in the traditional sense-- it isn't going to keep you hard. But it is going to keep you thinking about it. Comfortable? It feels like someone paying attention to my manhood all day (yes it is comfortable enough to wear to work). I have tried a couple of these and this is the most functional: the snap is very handy at the men's room.
